Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how Tech Revamp, LLC (“Tech Revamp”), as provider of OpsOnTab, processes personal information and organizational information in connection with the OpsOnTab service.

It applies to the OpsOnTab application, related Microsoft integrations, customer support, and administrative operations necessary to provide and secure the service.

2. Information Processed for OpsOnTab

OpsOnTab may process Microsoft organizational identity information necessary for authentication and app functionality, including:

• Name
• Email address
• Microsoft user ID
• Tenant or organization ID
• Related identity information required by the service

Organizations and users may create or provide operational records such as tickets, tasks, SOPs, process steps, assignments, approvals, comments, attachments, notifications, and related workflow records.

3. Purpose of Processing

Tech Revamp processes this information to provide and maintain OpsOnTab, authenticate users, support organizational workflows, deliver notifications, manage access and approvals, troubleshoot issues, maintain security, and support the operation of the application within Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams environments.

OpsOnTab data is processed primarily to support the customer’s workflow and operational needs, not for unrelated marketing or broad general-purpose data-mining activities.

4. Microsoft Identity and Service Integrations

OpsOnTab integrates with Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Graph, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, and related Microsoft services to support identity, authorization, notifications, workflow management, and operational functionality.

These platform services may process information under their own terms and security controls as required for technical operation and user authentication.

5. Organizational Ownership and Access Controls

OpsOnTab data is generally associated with the organization using the service. The organization and its administrators determine access, workflows, permissions, and operational structures.

Access is controlled through application permissions, user roles, organizational configuration, and Microsoft identity mechanisms. Tech Revamp does not act as the owner of the customer’s internal business process data beyond providing the service and supporting the technical environment.

6. Security

Tech Revamp uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed for the nature of the service, including identity controls, access restrictions, secure infrastructure, monitoring, and operational controls.

Because security risks exist in all digital systems, Tech Revamp does not represent that any system is completely immune to compromise. The service should be used with appropriate security governance and organizational controls.

7. Retention and Deletion

OpsOnTab data is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, support the organization, maintain security and operational records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.

Organizations may request deletion or export of records subject to account administration, technical limitations, contractual requirements, security needs, and legally required retention obligations. The final determination of retention and deletion for organizational records generally rests with the customer organization and its administrators.

8. Third-Party and Cloud Dependencies

OpsOnTab may rely on service providers and cloud infrastructure providers, including Microsoft and other vendors necessary to host, authenticate, store, notify, or support the application.

Those providers may process information under their own privacy terms and security commitments. Tech Revamp does not sell personal information or organizational/customer data processed through OpsOnTab.

9. Privacy Rights and Requests

Individuals and organizations may contact Tech Revamp regarding privacy questions, requests, or concerns related to OpsOnTab. Requests may be subject to identity verification, reasonable validation, and organizational authorization requirements.

Where a request concerns records controlled by a customer organization, the request may need to be made through the relevant administrator or according to the organization’s established process.

10. Changes to This Policy

Tech Revamp may update this Privacy Policy as the OpsOnTab service, applicable law, or technical and operational needs change.

Material changes will be reflected in the effective date on this page and posted here for review.

OpsOnTab Privacy Practices

OpsOnTab is the service covered by this privacy policy. It is an operations and workflow application provided by Tech Revamp, LLC and used by organizations through Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365.

To provide the service, OpsOnTab may process Microsoft organizational identity information including names, email addresses, Microsoft user IDs, tenant or organization IDs, and related identity information required for authentication, authorization, workflow operations, and service administration.

Organizations and users may create or provide tickets, tasks, SOPs, process steps, assignments, approvals, comments, attachments, notifications, and related operational records.

OpsOnTab may integrate with Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Graph, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, and related services to authenticate users, route notifications, manage records, and support configured workflows.

Tech Revamp does not sell personal information or organizational/customer data processed through OpsOnTab.

Data is used for service delivery, security, access control, operational support, and organizational workflow management. Tech Revamp applies reasonable safeguards appropriate to the service, but no digital system can guarantee absolute security.

Retention and deletion follow the principles described above and the customer organization’s operational needs, subject to contractual obligations and legal requirements. Tech Revamp may also rely on third-party cloud and platform services necessary to provide the application.
