OpsOnTab Terms
Effective date: August 25, 2026
1. Service Overview
Tech Revamp, LLC (“Tech Revamp” or “we”) provides OpsOnTab, an operations and workflow application for organizations using Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365.
OpsOnTab is designed to help teams manage workflow tasks, approvals, SOPs, operational records, work queues, and related business processes within an organization’s Microsoft 365 environment.
2. Authorized Organizational Use
OpsOnTab is intended for authorized organizational use by customers and their designated users.
Customers are responsible for determining which users are authorized to access the service, how the application is configured within their organization, and whether the resulting workflow design aligns with internal policies, operational needs, and applicable laws.
3. Acceptable Use
Customers and users may use OpsOnTab only for lawful organizational business purposes and in accordance with this policy, the applicable Microsoft platform terms, and any written agreement governing the service.
Users may not misuse OpsOnTab to violate security controls, interfere with other users, upload unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access, or otherwise compromise the integrity of the service or related Microsoft services.
4. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for maintaining appropriate user access, role assignments, approvals, and internal governance for OpsOnTab. This includes verifying that authorized users have the correct permissions and that the organization’s internal policies are followed when configuring the application.
Customer administrators are responsible for reviewing who has access to operational records, workflows, approvals, attachments, and notifications created within the service.
5. Third-Party Dependencies
OpsOnTab depends on Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Graph, Microsoft Azure, and related Microsoft services. These services may provide identity, authorization, hosting, messaging, storage, and application infrastructure required for OpsOnTab to operate.
Tech Revamp is not responsible for outages, restrictions, service changes, or failures caused by third-party platforms or services outside Tech Revamp’s reasonable control.
6. Availability and Service Changes
OpsOnTab is provided on an as-available basis. Tech Revamp aims to maintain operational reliability and support, but no specific uptime commitment is guaranteed unless expressly stated in a signed agreement or platform contract.
Tech Revamp may update, revise, improve, suspend, or discontinue features or functionality as necessary to maintain the service, address security issues, comply with legal obligations, or adapt to changes in Microsoft or other third-party services.
7. Intellectual Property
OpsOnTab and the related service, branding, software, documentation, workflows, templates, and other materials are the property of Tech Revamp or its licensors, except where rights are explicitly retained by a third party or expressly granted by written agreement.
Customer data, organizational records, workflows, process content, and other information created or stored by the customer through OpsOnTab remain owned by the customer or the organization, subject to the terms of the service and any applicable written agreement.
8. Marketplace and Platform Terms
Where OpsOnTab is acquired through Microsoft Marketplace, the Microsoft Marketplace Standard Contract governs the applicable licensing relationship, and that contract may supplement or override some product-level terms.
Any additional Microsoft platform rules, subscription requirements, or purchasing terms may also apply to access, billing, or use through Microsoft Marketplace or related Microsoft offerings.
9. Acceptable Security and Misuse
Organizations and users should protect credentials, avoid sharing access inappropriately, and use OpsOnTab in a manner consistent with their internal security and compliance standards.
Tech Revamp may suspend or restrict access to the service when necessary to protect the service, other customers, Microsoft platforms, or legal compliance.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tech Revamp is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or similar damages, including loss of business, lost productivity, loss of data, or indirect losses arising from use of OpsOnTab.
Except where expressly stated in a separate written agreement or required by law, Tech Revamp’s liability for OpsOnTab is limited to the fees paid for the applicable service, if any, or otherwise to the extent permitted by law.
11. Termination and Suspension
Tech Revamp may suspend or terminate access to OpsOnTab where required for security, misuse, nonpayment, legal compliance, or material violation of the applicable terms or platform requirements.
Customers and organizations remain responsible for any data or records created in the service before termination, subject to the service terms, retention practices, and any legal or technical limitations.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, unless a separate written agreement states a different governing law.
